Irrigation System Service

  Fertigation Systems is now pleased to offer an Irrigation System Annual Service Contract.
At this time this service is available to all PebbleCreek homeowners.
You do not need to have a fertilizer injector to take advantage of this service.

If you, as a homeowner, have spent over $200.00 in the last year for irrigation repairs this will be an advantage. Homeowners on the Eagles Nest side have systems which are getting old, and with the Arizona heat they are starting to fall apart. This program was designed especially for you.

Contract Terms:
  • Term: Contract ends on the last day of the 12th calendar month following your payment of the annual fee.
  • Annual Fee: $150
  • Renewal: The service contract will automatically renew at the end of the 12th calendar month unless you decline to renew or fail to pay the annual fee of $150.00 for the renewal period.
  • Service Cost: $10.00 per visit, plus the cost of parts and their sales tax
Under the contract, Fertigation Systems will repair any part of your irrigation system:
  • Timer repair or replacement
  • Batteries for timers
  • Valves
  • Valve solenoid
  • Diaphragm
  • Valve wiring
  • Back flow preventer (if already installed)
  • Drip lines (1/2" or 1/4" inch poly pipe)
  • Emitters (adjustable type only)
If you have lawn this will include:
  • Risers
  • Sprinkler heads
  • Sprinkler bodies
Whether Fertigation Systems is at your house for one hour or for several hours, your charge per service call under this contract is $10.00, plus the cost of any necessary parts, and sales tax on parts. All parts will be replaced with the same kind or type, if that kind or type is still available. Only quality parts which are available at the time of service will be used. If you have an irrigation break in a PVC line, we will fix the leak with PVC. If your leak is in Poly pipe, it will be repaired with Poly pipe.

You can call us every other day, week or month, and the cost is still $10.00 per visit, plus parts.

After the repair for service is completed, Fertigation Systems will send a bill via email for the $10.00 service charge, plus parts and sales tax. Payment is due within 30 days, and can be made by check or on line by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).

CUSTOMERS WITH INJECTORS
For those customers who have our fertilizer injectors, the cost for fertilizer service is still the same as quoted in that service contract, and Fertigation Systems will continue to maintain your injector and repair its parts as needed. You may purchase this Irrigation System Service Contract in addition if desired.

CALLING FOR SERVICE
For faster service, Fertigation Systems asks that all requests for service be submitted via email. Include your name, home address and phone number - and the service address if different than your home. Briefly describe the problem and the location on the property.

Please place "Irrigation Repair" In the subject line of the email. This allows us to organize the messages and add your job to the schedule. It is our desire to repair your problem within 48 hours, and we will attempt to complete the repairs in that period, but it is not guaranteed.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
  • If Fertigation Systems cannot fulfill the service contract for any reason, the company will refund a prorated portion back to the homeowner.
  • With the permission of Fertigation Systems, you may assign the service contract to a buyer or tenant, but not to a creditor.
  • Fertigation Systems reserves the right to assign the service contract to a buyer of Fertigation Systems.
  • Fertigation Systems' revenues under the service contract may not be assigned for the benefit of its creditors.
  • Fertigation Systems will not be responsible for any damages to your property of any kind.
  • Fertigation Systems will not redo the whole irrigation system, plant trees, shrubs, or landscaping of any kind.
